Because our products are food, we can't accept returns of opened items. We will always make it right if something is wrong.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and product. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Contact us with your order number.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
